Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Anything that comes in after that, or over the weekend, goes out the next business day.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $5.90. Orders over $30 ship free, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout, so there is no code to enter.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship, depending on where you live. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier backlogs, weather and holiday volume can add a day or two.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email as soon as you place the order, then a second email with a tracking number once the label is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not moved for two business days, write to info@vionine.us and we will chase it for you.

Addresses and undeliverable parcels

Please double check your address before you place the order. If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address, though return shipping may be charged. If the carrier marks a package delivered and you cannot find it, tell us within 7 days so we can open a claim.

Damaged or missing items

Open your parcel when it arrives. If something is broken, leaking or missing, email info@vionine.us with photos within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it. Returns and refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy.
